Please use the form below to request your pet food or ongoing medication refill. Please allow 48 hours for order processing. Do not come to the clinic until you have received confirmation to pick up your order.

IMPORTANT: Orders are not confirmed until you have received notification. A staff member will contact you by phone or email.

This is for ONGOING MEDICATION REFILLS, not for new medications.

Please be advised that medication refills may not be possible if there are no refills on file. The veterinarian will have to approve the refill during the next day that she is in the clinic.
