Disruptive Behavior Includes:
- Physical violence or threats
- Intimidation or destruction of property
- Unwelcome physical contact
- Failure to comply with clinic policies
- Refusal to leave when asked
Inappropriate Communication Includes:
- Abusive language, yelling, or disrespectful comments
- Discriminatory or threatening remarks
- Bullying or sexual harassment
Immediate Action:
Any disruptive behavior will result in immediate action, including being asked to leave, contacting authorities, or refusal from receiving veterinary treatment.
