Pet Health Checker
Use Pet Health Checker to help you decide if your pet’s symptoms require immediate attention or if you should continue to monitor those symptoms at home.
Temporary Change to Hours
8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Closed from 1:00-2:00 PM)
This change is to allow us to split into 3 teams, with each team working 2 days per week. Please call to find out when your regular veterinarian is booking appointments.
Our practice is temporarily moving to “curbside care” to limit physical contact and adhere to social distancing recommendations. When you arrive for your pet’s appointment please park directly in front of the clinic and call us. We will send one of our team members to retrieve your pet for their examination. During this time we request that you remain within your vehicle in the parking lot and that you are available by cell phone for the duration of your pet’s visit. If you prefer, we can use Zoom video conferencing during the appointment. One of our veterinarians will contact you to obtain the necessary information including history as well as discuss their exam findings and treatment plan. Please note we are requesting all payments be made by debit or credit card.
Pet Food and Medications
If you require pet food, please use our online request form below or call us at 780-461-0629. We will contact you once your order is ready. When you arrive at the clinic to pick up your order, call us from your car. We can take your credit card number over the phone, or you can pay using our wireless debit machine, when we bring your order out to you. We will place your items on the table outside the front door for you to collect your items from at a safe distance from staff members.
